Staffing Specialist, Life Sciences (Exp: 2+ years)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the BD team to fulfill contract staffing needs of our clients.
- Sourcing qualified candidates by utilizing job boards, networking, referrals, and any other creative means.
- Present candidates to clients, coordinate interviews, negotiate pay rates and extend employment offers.
- Conducts and verifies employment references.
- Setting up and executing staffing and recruitment plans to approach new prospects and build client portfolios.
- Generating business opportunity leads through networking online and at conferences.
- Following up with new business opportunity leads and referrals generated by the BD team.
- Meeting clients and identifying their business needs.
- Preparing status reports on goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of sales/recruiting or related experience in Life Science industry is highly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Familiar with MS-Office Products/Suite, internet-based search tools, and social media.
- Ability to build and foster relationships internally and externally.
